ARC STRATEGIC EQUITY
Alignment built through contribution.
In select long-term relationships, ARC may receive or earn equity in exchange for meaningful strategic, capital, and execution work.

When the work is bigger than an assignment.
Some companies do not simply need a consultant or a financing process. They need a committed partner who can help shape the capital strategy, strengthen institutional readiness, open the right relationships, support major transactions, and remain engaged as the business grows.
When the scope, duration, and potential impact of that work are significant, ARC may structure a portion of its compensation as equity. This can reduce the emphasis on near-term cash fees while aligning ARC with the long-term value created for shareholders.
Strategic Equity is selective. It is not offered as a standard pricing alternative, and ARC will not accept equity merely to win an engagement.
How it may work
- 01Equity may complement, reduce, or replace a portion of cash advisory fees.
- 02The interest may vest over time or upon defined milestones.
- 03ARC’s responsibilities, decision rights, and deliverables will be clearly documented.
- 04Existing owners retain operating control unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed.
- 05Any cash investment by ARC will be evaluated separately from equity earned through services.
Appropriate situations
- 01A company needs sustained capital leadership over multiple years.
- 02ARC’s work is expected to materially improve financing access, enterprise value, or transaction readiness.
- 03The owners want a long-term partner with genuine economic alignment.
- 04The business has strong fundamentals but limited cash available for senior strategic support.
- 05ARC can provide recurring value beyond a single transaction or introduction.
