ARC PRINCIPAL CAPITAL
Flexible capital. Active perspective. Long-term alignment.
ARC selectively invests its own capital in established businesses and special situations where our experience, relationships, and involvement can create value beyond the investment itself.

We invest where capital and capability belong together.
ARC is not designed to compete for every transaction. We focus on situations where we understand the business, believe in the people, and can contribute meaningfully to the company’s next stage.
Our structure is intentionally flexible. Depending on the opportunity, ARC may invest through minority or preferred equity, mezzanine or subordinated debt, structured growth capital, acquisition co-investment, recapitalization capital, or another negotiated solution.
We may invest independently or alongside management teams, sponsors, family offices, and other capital partners.

Constructive involvement without unnecessary interference.
We respect the leaders who built the business. ARC’s role is to strengthen decision-making, expand access to resources, and help the company navigate capital and growth—not to create complexity for its own sake.
The appropriate level of involvement will be defined for each investment and may include strategic support, board participation, financing leadership, relationship access, or transaction execution.
Principal Capital is not the same as Strategic Equity.
Principal Capital refers to ARC investing cash into a business or transaction. Strategic Equity refers to ARC receiving or earning an ownership interest in connection with substantial, ongoing work. In some situations, both may be present, but each will be separately evaluated, documented, and disclosed.
